With over 20 years of professional experience spanning three continents, we are committed to promoting peace and inclusivity worldwide, with strong experience in Latin America.

At Stay Curious Advisors, I, as the Lead Consultant, bring a wealth of expertise in peacebuilding. One of my notable achievements includes co-designing and leading the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies Barometer Initiative. This groundbreaking methodology played a pivotal role in verifying and evaluating the implementation of the Colombian peace agreement, emphasizing its gender, ethnic, and human rights dimensions. Through our monitoring and real-time evaluation approach, we supported Colombian stakeholders in overcoming post-agreement challenges and fostering a more inclusive and transformative peacebuilding process.

I also assisted the Colombian Government in the peacebuilding planning process from 2015 to 2016. I provided advisory services for early peace agreement implementation planning, including conducting post-agreement needs assessments. My expertise in mainstreaming inclusive peacebuilding, peace-responsiveness, and conflict transformation was instrumental in shaping a pro-peace National Development Plan 2014-2018.

From 2004 to 2014, I worked for UNDP as a peace and development specialist supporting peacebuilding and development activities promoted by local actors and institutions, including women, youth, ethnic communities and human rights defenders.

I pride myself on offering political, technical, and managerial leadership in peacebuilding, backed by extensive field experience. I thrive on fostering collaborative synergies and achieving collective impact, responding effectively to complex conflict settings while promoting democratic governance and inclusive peacebuilding.

As a reflective practitioner, I actively contribute to critical and policy discussions in peacebuilding through my extensive engagement in the international debate using scholarly and policy-oriented publications, public presentations networking. I have oriented my work into transforming my practice into knowledge and knowledge into innovative capabilities and tools for peacebuilding, conflict analysis, cooperation and collective impact.
